Baselworld 2013: Daily Watch News Round Up

I probably shouldn’t even be telling you this. I’ve tried to hide it but in all honesty, it’s just become too much.

I should have seen it coming. It happens around this time every year and despite the best efforts of Click Tempus Editor, Michael, who warned me of its dangers, I fear that it may already be too late.

The best I can wish for now is to hope that others don’t end up going down the same treacherous path as me.

You see as I write this I am almost completely overcome by a full blown outbreak of BIO hazard or Baselworld Information Overload.

I’ve been awake for 27 28 hours straight, my mind has been teased and tantalised with some amazing new timepieces from the likes of Breitling, Tudor, Arnold & Son, Louis Moinet, Girard-Perregaux and Oris, just to name a few. I’m now not sure how much more I can take and it’s only day one!!!

I’ve tried to take my mind off the very finest offerings from the world of watches by reading about other things such as Rome and the best men’s hair products but it’s no good, I can’t focus!!

Some experts say the symptoms of BIO usually last about a week. I think I’ll be lucky if I last that long.

Before my BIO outbreak gets to the point of no return, here is a selection of highlights from Baselworld so far:
