We recently featured the SEIKO Ananta Divers watch and now another Seiko diving watch is available. There’s not a wealth of information out there about the Seiko Prospex MarineMaster Blue Ocean because the bulk of its small production run will be confined to the Japanese market.
In fact of 400 pieces being made in total, only 100 will be released on the international market. If you want one you’re probably best trying to acquire it from a Japanese watch website.
About the Seiko MarineMaster Blue Ocean
The Seiko MarineMaster Blue Ocean, with water resistance to 1000m, has been released as part of SEIKO’s 130th anniversary celebrations. The ‘Blue Ocean’ SBBN021 shares the same specifications with its quartz powered partner the SBBN013.

The MarineMaster Blue Ocean will go on sale in Japan from August 12th priced at ¥250’500 – approximately $3,260 – although the Rakuten site is offering it at ¥154,300 ($2,006) an impressive saving!
