Jean-Claude Killy Rolex Dato-Compax

Legendary French skier Jean-Claude Killy won all three downhill events in the 1968 Olympics. In addition to being the best skier in the world, French and handsome, he also drove for Porsche at Le Mans. The Killy chronograph sells for around $50,000. It is considered a rare alternative to the Newman Daytona.

"Paul Newman " Rolex Daytona

The Rolex Daytona is one of the most sought after watches by itself, but the itself, but the Paul Newman Daytona is the Holy Grail for many Rolex fans, with prices ranging from $25,000 to $90,000 for a mint example.

The watch was named after the legendary actor, race car driver and philanthropist after his wife gave him the watch in the early 1970s, and he was frequently photographed wearing it.

An easy way to tell whether a Daytona is a Newman is by looking at the markers in the chronograph registers; if they are square, it’s a Newman.

King of cool Steve McQueen wore this Heuer Monaco from 1969 onwards.

He wore this superb looking square, blue chronograph during the filming of Le Mans and Heuer have been producing it ever since.
