Moser Art Deco gold watch - 1920

Stunning 1920s Moser 18ct gold Art Deco watch: £1,150

We’re always more than happy to showcase other dealers who are selling watches of note and interest, but sometimes we just have to draw your attention to certain gems in our own collection, and this week we are particularly excited about this beautiful 1920’s Moser 18ct gold Art Deco watch.

This is quite simply the most beautiful Art Deco watch we have ever offered for sale. It is stunning, with a HUGE case for a watch from this early era. The case measures 27mm wide, excluding the winding crown x 44mm including the lugs and if you measure that out on a piece of paper you will see that it is large even by today’s standards.

The watch was made by Moser & Co – a highly respected Swiss watchmaker of the era and dates from the 1920s and is in excellent condition. The hand wound movement is high quality and is in very good working order.

It features a stunning Art Deco dial, gorgeous solid 18ct gold fancy hinged case and a clean high-quality hand wound movement.

The watch comes complete with a quality genuine crocodile strap and a new quality watch box.

Our asking price is good value for a special vintage watch that will only rise in value. Such is the high quality of the watch we will include a six month written guarantee on the movement, which is long enough for you to assess the running order. We will also include a professional insurance valuation, in excess of our asking price.
